Key Account Manager in IT Staffing Sector

As a Key Account Manager in the IT staffing sector, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

This is a critical position that requires you to grow our local and national accounts while representing our commitment to excellence in technology staffing solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the Technology and IT staffing sector.
  • Grow existing client relationships and expand our client portfolio through proactive outreach.
  • Understand clients' technical staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
  • Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Communicate client needs, expectations, and feedback.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the recruitment and placement process.
  • Manage candidate submission and interview process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in account management within the Technology and IT staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of IT environments, emerging technologies (AI), and Network Technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM / ATS and VMS platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
