Job Summary

Western Digital is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for delivering business outcomes through process improvement, KPI tracking, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate end-to-end process reviews between COE and Indirect organization to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Track organization KPIs and work with Indirect staff to define and report clear metrics.
  • Support executive reports and collaborate with IT and Digital Transformation to develop KPI reporting needs.
  • Maintain Indirect procurement dashboards and connect pages, ensuring timely updates and accurate information.
  • Work with Procurement leadership to communicate effectively through the connect page.
  • Develop and maintain a blog for regular updates and communications.
  • Support ad hoc projects as needed, leveraging your analytical skills and business acumen.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
  • Procurement or supply chain certification is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in indirect procurement, preferably in a medium-scale manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with multi-national ERP systems.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, with strong storytelling capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Good understanding of Cloud Procurement Process.
  • Able to work international hours, including early morning meetings.
