Project Coordinator - MEP Systems

The role of Project Coordinator - MEP Systems involves overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within scope. Key responsibilities include thorough project management, technical knowledge of MEP systems, and coordination with consultants, architects, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate should be willing to travel for upcoming projects.
  • Review all drawings and BOQ for the project and take ownership of the same.
  • Review and plan complete project milestones, procurement plans, and present to the business team.
  • Ensure quality of installation at each construction stage.
  • Coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Provide constructability reviews and recommend mitigation measures.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Good working knowledge of commercial projects and client-centric operations.
  • Strong background in team management.
  • Good research skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects accurately.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 02-04 years of experience as a project management professional in the workspace fit-out industry, preferably from a D&B or coworking space background.

B.E/B.Tech Electrical/Mechanical degree required with specialization in MEP.
