Graphic Designer Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging content to support a mission promoting sustainable urban mobility and community engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Visionary Visual Content Creation
    • Develop concepts and designs for print and digital media, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
    • Create infographics, presentations, and other visual assets that communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Campaign and Event Support
    • Design materials for public campaigns and events, including posters, banners, social media graphics, and event signage.
    • Work with the team to create engaging visuals for public awareness campaigns aimed at diverse audiences.
  • Data Storytelling
    • Transform research data into visually engaging and easy-to-understand infographics and charts.
    • Support the creation of visual narratives for success stories, case studies, and reports.
  • Digital Engagement
    • Create dynamic content for social media platforms (static images, short animations, GIFs) to drive engagement and amplify key messages.
    • Assist in maintaining and updating the organization's website with new visual content.
  • Visual Storytelling
    • Help capture and edit photos and videos from events and projects to build a rich visual library.
    • Work with external photographers and videographers as needed.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on social impact or urban development.
Proven experience in creating successful visual campaigns for diverse audiences.
Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in Hindi and English is a must.
