About this Role:

We seek a talented Visual Experience Creator to craft captivating visual experiences through creative and detailed designs. The ideal candidate should possess a strong portfolio, keen aesthetic sense, and ability to translate concepts into impactful visuals for digital and print platforms.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, emailers, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
  • Design brand collaterals such as logos, brochures, banners, ads, and other creatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align visuals with messaging.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Adapt designs based on feedback and optimize for different platforms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience as a Visual Experience Creator (agency or in-house).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics/video editing (After Effects/Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  • Strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
