About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to take charge of GRC operations, leveraging expertise in ServiceNow administration, GRC modules, and platform stability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of service management principles and be able to configure and administer the ServiceNow platform with ease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Administration: Configure and administer the ServiceNow platform, including GRC modules, to ensure stability and compliance.
  • DevOps Activities: Perform code deployments across environments to maintain platform integrity.
  • Incident Resolution: Develop and implement fixes for production defects to prevent downtime.
  • Integration Management: Monitor and manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems to optimize performance.
  • User Management: Maintain user roles, permissions, and platform stability to ensure smooth operations.
  • Audit Support: Support audits and compliance reporting to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Platform Upgrades: Ensure smooth platform upgrades and patches to minimize disruption.
  • Operational Efficiency: Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals, and GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation.
  • Proven experience with code deployments, integration monitoring, and defect fixes.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.
