Artificial Intelligence Engineer

The Role Overview

We foster innovation, accelerate experimentation, and scale successful outcomes. As an early member of our team, you will have the opportunity to design, develop, and launch multiple AI-powered applications. Our goal is straightforward: create minimum viable products (MVPs), test them in real-world settings, and if we find product-market fit, scale them to production-grade systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop end-to-end AI applications, from conceptualization to functioning MVPs.
  • Experiment with diverse approaches, frameworks, and models to drive innovation.
  • Deliver high-quality results rapidly and gather feedback from real users to inform future development.
  • Iterate quickly and scale successful projects to production level.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder on product direction and technical strategy.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong coding skills and hands-on experience with popular AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs).
  • Experience in building and deploying applications, not just models.
  • Curiosity to explore new ideas, adapt to change, and learn rapidly.
  • Ability to work independently and own projects from start to finish.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working on AI-driven products, side projects, or startups.
  • Knowledge of full-stack development for rapid prototyping.
  • Understanding of go-to-market strategies and how technology drives business outcomes.
