Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer UX Design to join our team. This role will involve designing visually appealing and interactive entity relationship maps using the Node Map component, enabling users to intuitively understand complex relationships between records.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design entity relationship maps optimized for performance and scalability within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Create user-friendly interfaces for alert mechanisms, ensuring clear and intuitive notifications.
  • Adopt an iterative design process, incorporating user feedback and testing results to refine and enhance the user experience.
  • Evaluate usability issues and optimize the interface for maximum efficiency.
  • Develop skills and knowledge in application design by consulting colleagues, wikis, and websites.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Key Skills:
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in developing custom solutions within the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, Glide, Service Portal, and custom application development.
  • Experience with user-centered design principles and conducting user research.
  • Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
  • Expertise in leveraging ServiceNow's Node Map component.
  • Hold a minimum ServiceNow System Administrator certification with Certified Implementation Specialist preferable.
