Role Overview

The role involves assessing, planning, and delivering physiotherapy interventions to help patients restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life. Our physiotherapists work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed patient assessments and design individualized treatment plans that cater to each patient's needs.
  • Deliver physiotherapy sessions using manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy as appropriate to address various conditions.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, and preventive care to empower them to manage their health effectively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes to track the effectiveness of our treatments.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
  • Participate in clinical discussions, training programs, and continuous learning initiatives to stay updated with the latest practices and research.
Requirements
  • Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT).
  • Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with strong clinical knowledge are welcome).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • Empathy, patient-centric approach, and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team to achieve common goals.
