Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Academic Leadership:
    • Plan, implement, and monitor academic programs as per statutory council norms.
    • Supervise curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and continuous assessment.
    • Guide faculty in research, publications, and participation in academic forums.
    • Ensure effective clinical training and integration with services.
  • Administrative & Managerial:
    • Oversee day-to-day administration of the Physiotherapy Department.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (University guidelines).
    • Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and staff performance.
    • Prepare resources and ensure infrastructure adequacy.
  • Quality & Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to accreditation standards.
    • Maintain records of academic, clinical, and administrative activities.
    • Facilitate audits, inspections, and approvals from governing bodies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build collaboration with healthcare institutions and professional bodies.
    • Organize events to enhance learning exposure.
    • Engage with stakeholders to strengthen institutional reputation.
