Key Responsibilities:- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and internal databases.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding activities, including documentation and orientation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with employee engagement and training program coordination.
- Handle routine HR administrative tasks and support HR team initiatives.
- Participate in maintaining confidentiality and professional standards in HR processes.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Eagerness to learn, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for immediate joining and full-time work in Mumbai.
- Practical exposure to end-to-end HR operations.
