Process Assistant Role

We are seeking a Process Assistant to support our team in managing department duties, allocating labor, and leading meetings. The successful candidate will have 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing coverage for Area Managers, tracking and reporting ATS/labor hours, and assisting the floor as an associate resource. You will also ensure successful area performance through tracking, reporting, and feedback of associate performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting daily management of department duties
  • Helping allocate labor and lead meetings
  • Providing coverage for Area Managers
  • Tracking and reporting ATS/labor hours
  • Assisting the floor as an associate resource
  • Ensuring successful area performance

Basic qualifications for this role include:

  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years of Amazon Amnesty Floor Monitoring experience
