Job Summary:

This role requires a skilled Cloud Computing Engineer with experience in infrastructure engineering to design, build, deploy, and manage scalable cloud-based systems.

About the Role:

We are seeking a senior-level DevOps Engineer with expertise in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and highly available cloud-based architectures using AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure using Terraform, including VPCs, subnets, security groups, and S3 bucket policies
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth handovers and provide clear documentation
  • Migrate large-scale data sets to S3 buckets while optimizing for performance and cost efficiency
  • Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based systems using CloudWatch metrics and alarms, integrating alerting through SNS/SQS

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with AWS services, including IAM roles, VPC networking, and S3 gateway endpoints
  • Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code management
  • Familiarity with container platforms like ECS, including task definitions, autoscaling, and image management in ECR
  • Ability to read or write C# or Python for tooling, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication skills and collaboration experience with cross-functional teams
