Job Summary

  • Oversee site activities to ensure work execution meets drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers for smooth project execution.
  • Manage resources efficiently, including manpower, materials, and machinery.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, material usage, and work measurement.
  • Conduct regular quality checks for concrete, steel, shuttering, finishing works, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with industry codes, company standards, and safety norms.

Key Skills

  • Technical expertise in construction methods and standards.
  • Proficiency in reading drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools (preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development, and land use permitting.
  • Experience with AutoCAD.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication skills, and design skills.
