Core responsibilities include ensuring compliance with tax regulations, including GST and TDS filing, as well as preparing returns. The successful candidate will also manage tax audits and submit necessary documents in a timely manner.

Audit coordination is another key responsibility, where you will collaborate on quarterly internal audits and annual audits, liaising with external auditors for smooth and timely completion.

Payroll management involves overseeing payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement while adhering to statutory requirements.

Preparing estimates, tax invoices, and credit notes for clients is a critical task, as well as tracking client payments weekly using bank statements and following up on overdue payments.

Maintaining accurate records using Tally and Zoho Books is essential for this role, as well as issuing purchase orders (POs) to vendors and tracking client payments.

Generating monthly income and expenditure statements, creating monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L statements for the agency, and maintaining annual trial balance and balance sheet are all key aspects of this position.

Compliance management involves managing all compliance requirements related to private limited companies, handling tax compliance for both the company and employees, and supporting basic HR and administrative tasks.

Qualifications for this role include a B.Com or M.Com degree, prior work experience with a CA company, core knowledge of accounting, and experience in the finance field in service businesses like marketing/ad agencies.

Strong Excel skills, proficiency in Tally & Zoho books, knowledge of GST, TDS, and private company financial compliance, strong communication skills, high level of integrity, good command of English, both written and spoken, and a proactive attitude are all essential qualities for this position.
