Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Specialist to lead our financial management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and review comprehensive financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Accounting and Financial Controls: Manage general ledger entries, reconcile statements, and oversee month-end/year-end closing processes to maintain accounting integrity.
- Payroll and Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee payroll functions, manage accounts payable/receivable, and implement efficient payment processing systems.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing and managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and analyzing variances to optimize business outcomes.
- Internal Controls and Compliance: Maintain and improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements such as GST and TDS filings, E-Invoicing, and tax compliance.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with professional certifications like CA.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel, with strong analytical skills.
- An in-depth understanding of GST regulations and tax compliance principles.
