Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to analyze and optimize business processes, with expertise in supply chain planning and Kinaxis RapidResponse.

  • Collaborate with clients to assess their business needs, identify system gaps, and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Analyze existing workflows to pinpoint opportunities for optimization and implement effective solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse.

Kinaxis Configuration & Customization

  • Design, build, and configure tailored Kinaxis RapidResponse applications to meet specific client requirements.
  • Develop data models, configure modules, and implement custom scripts (e.g., RapidTables) to enhance functionality and efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless data flow across modules and connected systems, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.

Project Delivery & Support

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed Kinaxis solutions, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum value.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and system integrations, facilitating knowledge sharing and future enhancements.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay up-to-date with new Kinaxis platform capabilities and industry best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing implementations and recommend value-added enhancements, consistently striving for improvement.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is required.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar supply chain planning platforms is essential.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Kinaxis RapidResponse Expertise:

  • Modules: Mastery of Master Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Scripting: Advanced experience with Kinaxis scripting (e.g., RapidTables) to create custom solutions.
  • Integrations: Proficiency in integrating Kinaxis with ERP, CRM, WMS via APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
  • Data Modeling: Ability to design scalable, accurate data models within the Kinaxis environment.
  • Reporting: Skilled in developing reports and dashboards using built-in tools or integrating with Power BI/Tableau.

Data & Analytics:

  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction and transformation (ETL).
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with data lakes and data warehousing is a plus.

Cloud & DevOps:

  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Understanding of cloud-native supply chain tools is a bonus.

Project & Agile Tools:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
