Job Title: Senior Technical Lead for Enablon Solutions

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to join our team in a senior technical role.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading technical teams on complex IT and EHS related projects using Enablon software and the Enablon Builder Toolset.

The successful candidate will have expertise in building and enhancing Enablon solutions, with a proven track record of supporting internal and external reporting of EHS performance and sustainability data, as well as greenhouse gas emissions.

Key responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, streamlining incident reporting, root cause analysis, audits & inspections, and safeguarding employee and operational safety through non-cost process management.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and implementing improvements, adding robustness and scalability, managing and clearing integration errors, developing reports/queries, and ensuring security compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise with Enablon software, including the application Enablon and the associated application builder/configuration engine.
  • Enablon Builder (or above) Certification is required.
  • Strong techno-functional expert to facilitate application configuration.
  • Strong experience and skills with leading requirements gathering, process design, configuration, testing, dashboarding, and report building of Enablon software applications.
  • Deep understanding of relational databases, software development, and web applications.
  • SQL Server, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS skills may be required.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience and familiarity with SDLC under GxP regulation.
