About Bayfield Food Ingredients

We are a dynamic company at the forefront of the food industry, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Controller to drive financial strategy, ensure operational efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Manage accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Supervise financial analysis and reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Lead the annual audit process and manage relationships with external auditors.
  • Manage cash flow and treasury functions, including banking relationships and investments.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls and compliance procedures.
  • Provide financial leadership and support to cross-functional teams.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing finance team.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
