Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Finance Director to oversee our company's financial operations and ensure the effective management of our financial resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, specifically in accounting and financial administration, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience and be a CA Inter-qualified professional.

  • Oversee and manage all financial operations, including maintaining accurate records for all transactions.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring they are completed on time and accurately reflect the company's financial status.
  • Create and update spreadsheets to monitor daily transactions and financial metrics, including investments, return on assets, and growth rates.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Review and process reimbursements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasting financial needs, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, tax payments, and other financial documentation.
  • Manage company liabilities, including insurance premiums, and ensure timely payments.
  • Identify and address any discrepancies in accounts, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Oversee and participate in payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Report on financial projections, including liquidity and cash flow, to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, staying updated on changes and best practices.

Key Qualifications:

  • CA Inter-qualified professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Proven work experience in a senior finance role, such as Finance Administrator, Finance Manager, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, and advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including creating spreadsheets, charts, and using financial Excel functions).
  • In-depth understanding of bookkeeping procedures and financial regulations.
  • Strong time-management, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity in managing sensitive financial information.
  • BSc/B.com/M.com/MBA degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
