Job Summary

ADCI - Haryana is seeking a highly skilled Reverse Logistics Manager to join our team. As a Reverse Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient management of the reverse flow of products and materials within our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement reverse logistics strategies to handle product returns, repairs, refurbishing, and proper disposal or recycling.
  • Manage inventory of returned or reconditioned products, ensuring proper storage and timely disposition.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs associated with reverse logistics, such as transportation, processing, and disposal.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, procurement, and operations, to ensure a seamless reverse logistics process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
  • 2+ years of supply chain experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing large-scale reverse logistics.
  • 2+ years of experience in global logistics and transportation operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
