DevOps Engineer Position

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with modern DevOps tools, cloud platforms, and CI/CD processes in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or equivalent tools.
  • To manage source code repositories (Git, Bitbucket) with proper branching and versioning strategies.
  • To support containerization efforts using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes/OpenShift.
  • To collaborate with the team to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
  • To work with AWS/Azure cloud services for provisioning, scaling, and monitoring infrastructure.
  • To assist in setting up and maintaining monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Splunk, DataDog).
  • To troubleshoot build, deployment, and infrastructure-related issues.
  • To write and maintain shell/bash scripts for automation of recurring tasks.
  • To participate in agile processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and JIRA task tracking.
  • To ensure system reliability, availability, and performance by following best DevOps practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in DevOps/Cloud/Automation.
  • A strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and build/release management.
  • Proficiency with Git/BitBucket for version control.
  • A working knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent automation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift).
  • Exposure to AWS/Azure cloud platforms and related services.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk, DataDog, or similar.
  • Experience in scripting languages (Shell, Bash) for automation.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
  • Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies.
