Lead Agentic AI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Lead Agentic AI Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of cutting-edge agentic AI solutions, from architectural design and implementation to successful deployment and ongoing optimization in a production environment.

You will have the opportunity to drive key technical decisions and play a crucial role in shaping the evolution of our AI platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement agentic AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Architect and build robust and scalable backend systems.
  • Integrate and manage interactions with various Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and other interfaces.
  • Utilize and optimize vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.
  • Develop and implement sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Lang graph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, and other engineers.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic technologies.
  • Contribute to the technical direction and architecture of our agentic AI platform.
  • Deploy solutions on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.
