Are you a detail-oriented Business Analyst looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience working with data migration and ServiceNow?

The ideal candidate will have:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with SMEs on mappings and functional aspects of data
  • Manage large data extractions and convert it into the right ServiceNow target format
  • Advising best practices on the usage of fields and its impact on the process
  • Understanding of data objects in the context of OM processes (accounts, sold products, functional products, CIs, contacts, contracts)
