Key Responsibilities:- Create stakeholder maps and user personas to understand all impacted audiences for a program or initiative
- Develop comprehensive communication and campaign strategies to promote L&D initiatives and programs
- Craft clear, concise, consistent, and engaging messaging aligned with our brand and culture
- Collaborate with leadership, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure communication aligns with organizational goals
- Develop marketing campaigns to drive adoption and engagement in L&D programs
- Develop strategies to increase employee interest and engagement in L&D programs
This role is ideal for a strategic communicator and creative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and is passionate about driving engagement through compelling storytelling, branding, and stakeholder collaboration.
