Job Title: Automation Solutions Specialist

This is a highly demanding position requiring expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions using cutting-edge platforms.

The incumbent will play a pivotal role in enhancing business processes by reducing manual errors, improving system controls, and boosting productivity.

  • Design scalable automation solutions with applicability across geographies and business units.
  • Collaborate with process architects, solution designers, and citizen developers to identify automation opportunities.
  • Train and enable citizen developers and Automation CoE teams to implement reusable solutions.

Key responsibilities also include staying current with emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact through proof-of-concept initiatives, and contributing to solution architecture.

Pre-requisites for this role include strong learning agility and adaptability to new technologies, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, analytical mindset with a focus on process orientation and problem-solving, and high customer focus and flexibility in dynamic environments.
