We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll Consultant. In this position, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP to meet business needs. You will also perform system configuration, testing, and deployment for new enhancements and payroll functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and Implement: Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP solutions to align with business objectives.
  • System Configuration and Testing: Conduct thorough system configuration, testing, and deployment for new features and functionalities.
  • Integration Management: Manage integrations between SuccessFactors EC, ECP, and third-party systems (SAP ERP, Finance, Time Management, Benefits, etc.).
  • Business User Support: Troubleshoot issues, resolve payroll discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Data Migration and Governance: Assist in data migration, validation, and governance for EC and ECP modules.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to streamline HR and payroll processes.
  • Ongoing Support and Enhancements: Provide ongoing support and system enhancements, ensuring compliance with local and global payroll regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-On Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Payroll Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll reporting.
  • Integration Skills: Experience with SuccessFactors integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Boomi, or other middleware.
  • SAP Payroll Control Center: Proficiency in SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC) and knowledge of country-specific payroll localization.
  • Data Migration and Issue Resolution: Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and issue resolution.
