Currently, we are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our team and help us shape the infrastructure powering the future of work.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the potential of AI and wants to be part of a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable backend systems that power our AI-first workspace.
  • Develop APIs and services to support real-time collaboration, persistent memory, and AI Experts/Skills.
  • Collaborate with frontend, AI, and product teams to ship features at startup speed.
  • Optimize for scalability, performance, and security as we grow.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions shaping Mindprint.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in backend development.
  • Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Builder mindset – excited to ship fast, learn from users, and iterate.
  • Passionate about AI, SaaS, and small teams.
  • Comfortable in a demanding, unstructured, and fast-paced environment.
