We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate educator to create and implement personalized education plans for students with special needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a child-centric approach to therapy/teaching.

Key responsibilities include conducting assessments to identify students' strengths and challenges, creating and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEP) that address students' individual needs, and collaborating with other therapists/staff to create a supportive learning environment that meets the needs of all students.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing instruction in various subjects, monitoring student progress, and adjusting IEP goals and objectives as needed.

Additionally, they will communicate with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to provide updates on student progress, maintain comprehensive session notes, attendance sheets, and other required documentation, and build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field, and 2-3 years of experience is preferred. Freshers with strong exposure are welcome to apply.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field
