About the Job
  • Act as a key architectural lead on projects, maintaining regular client contact

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent built environment discipline)
  • Registered Architect in India
  • 8–12 years of architectural experience, with demonstrated project leadership across all work stages
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software
  • Experience in large-scale projects across sectors such as Data Centres, Retail, Hospitality, Workplace and Logistics
  • Strong knowledge of Indian building codes, zoning regulations and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
  • Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants, contractors and global colleagues
  • Passport holder, available for travel to UK/Europe as required

Project Requirements:

  • Key member of founding core team driving project delivery
  • Responsible for managing client relationships and coordinating with external partners

Professional Requirements:

  • Accredited Architect with 8–12 years' experience
  • Proven track record of delivering projects efficiently and effectively
