Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle JD Edwards Finance Support Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality finance solutions and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing first and second line support for our customers
  • Creating functional solutions based on defined business requirements
  • Liaising with internal applications teams/external suppliers
  • Managing problem management to reduce the frequency or impact of incidents

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years Oracle JD Edwards E1 Finance experience in a support or implementation role
  • Experience of all JD Edwards versions up to and including EnterpriseOne 9.2
  • Domain expertise in core finance modules including GL, AR, AP
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
