The Credit Cards Fraud Investigator will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and resolving fraud cases related to Mastercard transactions.

Key responsibilities include investigating and analyzing fraud cases, reviewing transaction details and customer claims, collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying patterns and trends in fraud, and providing detailed documentation of case outcomes.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of payment processing systems, card schemes, and fraud detection methodologies.

They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Additionally, they will be able to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Preferred qualifications include certification in fraud prevention or risk management, experience with chargeback processing, and familiarity with regulatory frameworks.
