Software Development Lifecycle Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) specialist to fill a critical role in our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in secure development practices, continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipeline integration, and code quality tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Code Quality & Security: Configure and manage static code analysis tools, such as SonarQube or alternative solutions, for scanning secrets and activating rules. Analyze scan results, interpret findings, and engage with developers for remediation efforts.
  • Pipeline Integration: Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines with robust integration of security and quality gates.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Collaborate with cloud services, such as Microsoft Azure, and source control platforms, like GitHub, to design and manage secure, scalable workflows.
  • Programming & Scripting: Utilize programming languages, including Java, and scripting skills, such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell, for automation, validation, and tooling improvements.
  • Monitoring Use Cases: Develop monitoring solutions and use cases for SDLC processes, ensuring proactive detection and resolution of issues.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps engineers, and security professionals, to drive best practices in secure coding, deployment, and remediation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process enhancements for SDLC efficiency, quality, and compliance.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration and optimization
  • Proficiency in programming languages and scripting skills
  • Knowledge of cloud services and source control platforms
