Senior Manager Job Description

The Senior Manager oversees quality assurance and control processes at a manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Monitor and control quality processes from raw material inspection to final product testing.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve quality objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and customer-specific requirements.
  • Drive process optimization, defect reduction, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee testing procedures to ensure product reliability and safety.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality specifications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related customer queries and audits.
  • Maintain accurate quality records and present quality performance metrics.
  • Identify potential quality risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct training programs on quality standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of LV electrical panel design, manufacturing processes, and testing standards.
