Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team.

Job Description:
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical histories, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, adhering to infection control protocols and hospital policies.
  • Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures, providing wound care and support patient rehabilitation.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and post-treatment care, promoting a patient-focused approach.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, collaborating with the healthcare team to plan and implement patient care.
Requirements:
  • A diploma or degree in nursing from an accredited institution is required. Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent certification is also necessary.
  • Proven experience in clinical nursing or a hospital setting is preferred, with strong knowledge of nursing care procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • The ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is also required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Specialization or certification in areas such as ICU, pediatric, surgical, or geriatric nursing is advantageous.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is also desirable.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other relevant software is a plus.
