Job Title: Business Analyst

Purpose:

  • We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 5–8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a focus on manual discovery of Identity Provider (IDP) and API Gateway usage across applications.
  • This role requires gathering data from application teams, documenting API credential lifecycles, and supporting governance enforcement. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder engagement, analysis, and documentation skills.
  • The Business Analyst will lead the manual discovery of IDP and API gateway usage, reach out to application teams, consolidate and govern collected information, and build an accurate inventory of IDP/API usage.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with team members globally while engaging with application teams across the bank.
  • Lead the manual discovery of IDP and API gateway usage as automated scans may not be available to detect integrations.
  • Reach out to application teams, consolidate and govern collected information, and build an accurate inventory of IDP/API usage.
  • Use questionnaires to capture details on authentication methods, credential lifecycles, and governance gaps.
  • Document how API credentials and authentication lifecycles are managed across applications.
  • Support governance enforcement and prepare for integration into future centralized technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with IAM architects, product owners, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable and compliant onboarding solutions.
  • Support go-live activities, post-deployment troubleshooting, and periodic access automation validation checks.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate to advanced Knowledge on IT Information Security
  • Good understanding of IAM control reviews
  • Experience in user access administration model on various Applications
  • Experience in IAM projects particularly around IDP and API security.
  • Good understanding Agile methodology
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders to handover the transition efficiently
  • Good experience in managing Application & Infrastructure related issues.
  • Good knowledge in project planning and risk management
  • Escalation Management and Stakeholder Management
