Desired Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience in Instructional Designing, preferably from an EdTech platform. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and managerial skills, as well as knowledge of Kirkpatrick's evaluation model, Instructional Design Principles (Blooms Taxonomy), and Gagnes Nine Events of Learning.
