We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic training professional to join our Knowledge Experience team at LinkedIn. As a Senior Instructional Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing instructionally-sound training programs for our Engineering organization.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with our engineers and technical leaders to understand how software is designed, developed, tested, deployed, and monitored at LinkedIn.
- Design and develop classroom or online training programs using instructional design best-practices.
- Teach technical classes and assess the effectiveness of training programs through different levels of evaluation.
- Consult and offer guidance to technical stakeholders on the most effective ways to train and transfer technical knowledge and skills.
- Enable and motivate engineers at all levels and roles to share their knowledge and expertise.
- Manage the delivery of training programs created by yourself or others.
- BA/BS Degree or related practical experience.
- 6+ years experience in one or more of the following: software development, teaching software development-related content, instructional design, or technical content writing.
