Print Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Print Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day print execution for our clients. This key role is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of projects through effective project management.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage client expectations and ensure adherence to their process and policies
  • Provide technical support and guidance to minimize costs
  • Partner with artwork studios and printers to achieve high-quality prints while maintaining consistency
  • Support during design phases, reviewing artwork and identifying potential risks
  • Lead conversations with stakeholders regarding color assessment on print work
  • Foster strong project management skills, tracking timelines to meet deadlines
  • Manage color standards storage and coordinate logistics arrangements
  • Take initiative and proactively resolve challenges
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization and externally
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years progressive print production experience or equivalent education
  • Client-facing experience and prior experience in Project/Account management
  • Familiarity with Color Management or Separation tools
  • Strong knowledge in various Print methods (e.g., Offset, Flexo, or Gravure)
  • Excellent analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, colleagues, and external clients or vendors
  • Capacity to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivation with attention to details, deadlines, and reporting
  • Occasional local/international travel required
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications
