Your Role as a Kalvium Young Leader

You will play a crucial role in making Kalvium famous and renowned as the best and most desirable undergraduate program in Computer Science to prospective students, their parents, and the world at large. Your day-to-day tasks would include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of Kalvium's customers, present and future.
  • Creating and executing a comprehensive content strategy for different digital platforms.
  • Leveraging the latest best practices for key ad-platforms like Google and Meta.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative content ideas.
  • Identifying and engaging with popular influencers, partners, celebrities, and communities.
  • Generating regular reports and insights on social media performance.
  • Tracking the voice of our prospective customers on social media to identify trends, gain insights, and manage online reputation.
  • Analyzing big data to understand business trends and optimize performance.
  • Building product-market-fit through iterating on value propositions.
  • Researching, modeling, evaluating, and planning go-to-market strategies.

  • The ability to work on both big strategy plans and day-to-day tasks.
  • A creative yet strategic thinking approach.
  • Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, and excellent follow-up and reporting skills.
  • Comfortable working under pressure while multi-tasking on projects with strict timelines.
  • Flexibility to travel to locations where partner universities are based.

Remuneration Package Details

KYLP candidates receive category-leading packages after confirmation, which include:

  • CTC of INR 15 Lacs.
  • Joining bonus: TBD basis performance.
  • Retention bonus: TBD basis performance.
  • Annual Salary Package: TBD basis performance.
  • ESOPs: TBD basis performance.
Stipends During Internship Period

INR 15,000 + 5000 (Performance Bonus) per month.
