Strategic Technology Architect

We are currently undergoing a digital transformation program, aiming to revolutionize our customer acquisition, customer-to-cash, and lead-to-support processes. As part of this, we seek exceptional software engineers who aspire to become technology architects in their career path and are interested in modernizing legacy applications using the latest technologies.

The ideal candidate will work under our strategy and architecture unit to support various business functions that leverage cutting-edge technologies on front-end stacks, React JS, cloud-native technologies, AI technologies, SaaS products like commerce tools, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, Boomi, S/4 HANA, etc.

• Develop and maintain target architecture by collaborating with senior architects.
• Design and develop applications, running proof-of-concepts (POC) for new architectures using React, AWS, or containers.
• Stay up-to-date with new and existing technologies as needed.
• Provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Work with solution architects to define component structures and data flow.
• Establish and enforce standards and best practices for frontend development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and backend system integration developers.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement security best practices.
• Proactively identify and resolve application and performance issues while continuously monitoring and maintaining performance SLAs.

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in development with enterprise web portals or backend applications using ERP or Boomi API or SAP or different AI technologies.
• 2+ years of experience with full-stack technologies such as React JS/single-page applications (SPA) or experience in any backend domain technologies like SAP/ABAP HANA or NoSQL databases or Salesforce or Boomi or Adobe Experience Manager or chat applications using AI technologies.
• Experience with AWS cloud services, including AWS Lambda, AWS ECS/App Runner, API Gateway, and AWS S3 would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of SQL databases.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management integrations, such as JWT/OAuth.
• Creating and maintaining technical design documentation.
• Strong business-driven mindset and interaction with business analysts for requirements elicitation.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, communication, and verbal skills with a strong customer service focus.
• Strong architectural thinking, design thinking, and architectural patterns understanding.
• Experience working with agile teams and methodologies, especially in globally distributed environments.
• Experience with the full project lifecycle, with a development background.
• Experience working with diverse teams across multiple countries.
• Self-motivated and proactive mindset.
• Business/technical consulting experience as an associate.
• Prior experience in modernizing legacy applications.
• Familiarity with web portals, shopping websites, eStores, products, and pricing, order management, payments, etc.
• Familiarity with SaaS products like SAP, S/4 HANA, commerce tools, Salesforce, Boomi, Adobe Cloud, etc.
• Knowledge and experience in DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Broad understanding of cloud-native software design and implementation using containers and microservices architecture.
• Preferred: Certification in AWS/GCP/Azure or other architecture certifications like TOGAF.
• AWS Lambda, API Gateway, AWS S3, React JS, SQL Database Optional: Java, .NET, Python, AWS Glue, Document DB, Dynamo DB, NoSQL database
