Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Visual Communications Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will conceptualize and develop visually appealing campaign work that pushes boundaries and exceeds client expectations.
  • They will work closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, plan, and execute creative projects from start to finish.
  • This role requires strong project management skills, including establishing project timelines and ensuring timely delivery.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to implement design updates and maintain consistency across all projects.
  • In addition, they will collaborate with our New York team to align with client expectations and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize innovative ideas for client briefs
  • Develop visually appealing campaign work
  • Work with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and push boundaries
  • Presentation of ideas and work to stakeholders
  • Manage integrated creative projects from start to finish
  • Establish project timelines and ensure timely delivery
  • Implement design updates and maintain consistency
  • Collaborate with the New York team to align with client expectations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Design at an advertising or marketing agency
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Acrobat Pro
  • Well-curated work portfolio
  • Experience presenting work to clients and receiving feedback
  • Able to function in a fast-paced environment
  • Team management experience handling high-volume requests
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
