Job Responsibilities: As a Customer Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support specialists, providing guidance and coaching to improve their skills and performance. You will also be responsible for resolving complex customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary.
Key Requirements:
- Graduation and a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in customer support for banking-related processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and coach your team.
- Able to deal with demanding customers and escalations in a professional manner.
- Energetic and motivating individual with creative thinking skills.
What We Offer: We offer a competitive salary of around $60,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you will also receive benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
