
EdTech Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee the successful execution of EdTech programs. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in managing students, mentors, and company operations to deliver impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Routinely manage student batches from onboarding to completion.
- Maintain classes, timelines, and outcomes aligned with expectations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between students, mentors, and our team.
- Ensure students remain engaged and track their progress, intervening when necessary.
- Support mentors in delivering high-quality sessions.
- Develop and enhance post-sales processes for a superior student experience.
- Analyze key metrics (attendance, completion %, feedback, NPS, etc.).
- Utilize data to identify gaps and implement improvements each cycle.
- Collaborate with sales, content, and product teams to elevate overall experience.
- Anticipate and resolve issues proactively (dropouts, delays) and implement solutions swiftly.
Requirements:
- Essential: Prior experience in EdTech program management (managing students, mentors, operational processes).
- Demonstrated ability to solve operational challenges with structured solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort with data and reporting tools; capacity to translate insights into actions.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of driving accountability across teams.
