Business Data Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Data Specialist to assist in designing and implementing data management systems that organize vital business information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize data management solutions using a robust platform.
  • Create and manage data models to define how information is stored and linked.
  • Develop connections between systems using APIs, ETL tools, or web services.
  • Collaborate with the team to find optimal technical solutions and guide development efforts.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain solutions in simple terms.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data quality, performance, or integration.
  • Provide support for setting up and configuring the data management system.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience working with data management systems.
  • Good knowledge of programming languages like Java or JavaScript for customization.
  • Experience in data integration (ETL, REST APIs, web services).
  • Hands-on knowledge of databases (SQL) and common data formats like XML, JSON, CSV.
  • Understanding of data models and system information storage.
  • Ability to use coding/debugging tools.
  • Bonus: Certification in data management or knowledge of Informatica PIM.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • An individual who enjoys solving complex data problems, guiding teams, and working directly with clients.
