Treasury Management Analyst Role:

This is a dynamic role for an experienced Treasury Management Analyst to drive cash management activities, ensure accurate account reconciliations, and maintain compliance with treasury policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily cash flow by reconciling corporate bank accounts as part of the daily cash projection process.
  • Review and prepare weekly cash reports for distribution.
  • Evaluate unresolved issues with banks related to store deposit accounts and escalate if necessary.
  • Develop and execute monthly cash, deferred financing, and treasury accrual journal entries.
  • Enter journal entries into financial systems efficiently.
  • Oversee online banking and credit card portals.
  • Compile Borrowing Base Certificate (BBC) reports.
  • Prepare files for compliance reporting.
  • Analyze account analysis for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with banks.
  • Coordinate bank supplies for stores as needed.
  • Prepare audit documentation related to loans or banking requests.
  • Support preparation of treasury-related budget items.
  • Manage banking and treasury activities for new store openings and closures.
  • Collaborate on special projects assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or a similar finance role.
  • In-depth understanding of banking operations, ACH/wire processes, and cash flow management.
  • Proficiency in financial systems preferred.
  • Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
