Receivable Portfolio ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned Receivable Portfolio Manager to oversee the timely payments from customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling receivables and collections within the BFSI industry.Responsibilities
  • Manage the branch's receivable portfolio, ensuring prompt payment from customers.
  • Develop effective strategies to minimize bad debt and enhance cash flow.
  • Collaborate with the collections team to resolve outstanding issues and reduce delinquencies.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the bank's receivable operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with experience in managing receivables and collections.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
