Key Responsibilities:
Finance Responsibilities:
Billing and Invoicing: Prepare and process patient invoices, handle insurance claims, and ensure timely collection of payments.
Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, manage patient account records, and maintain accurate financial data.
Cash Handling: Manage daily cash transactions, including deposits and petty cash, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hospital policies.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for the hospital administration.
Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
Expense Tracking: Monitor and report on hospital expenses, ensuring all financial activities are properly documented.
Reception Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management: Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors, providing information and directing them to the appropriate departments.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage the hospital’s appointment system, schedule patient appointments, and confirm bookings.
Patient Registration: Assist with patient registration, ensuring accurate entry of information into the hospital’s database.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and managing office supplies.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
