Job Description

As a Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive account strategies in partnership with clients and the Director of PPC.

Key responsibilities include taking full ownership of paid search accounts, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to business objectives and KPIs. You will also manage client strategies, identifying key campaign efficiencies and opportunities for optimization.

The primary role is to serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and day-to-day point of contact for clients, overseeing all campaign activities. Collaboration with Account Directors is crucial in planning account activities and identifying growth opportunities.

A strong relationship with Client Services and other digital channel teams is essential to ensure cohesive campaign delivery. Additionally, you will monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, recommending data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) in an agency or client-side environment.
  • Strong understanding of PPC strategies, bidding models, keyword research, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools and platforms.
