About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Advocacy team as a Manager - Advocacy and GESI. In this role, you will contribute to the successful implementation of our program strategy across India, Nepal, Bhutan, Ethiopia, and Ghana. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing data, developing advocacy products, engaging with stakeholders, and supporting program management.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze data and research to develop key advocacy products, such as concept notes, policy briefs, toolkits, and white papers

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize external advocacy products

- Monitor and track important policies and legislation impacting Cure Blindness Project

- Provide research, analysis, and technical assistance for global, regional, and national policy initiatives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical skills, the ability to write clearly and consistently for various audiences, and excellent time management and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively and diplomatically with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including partners, cross-functional teams, senior-level subject matter experts. A Master's degree in Public Health, Law, Public Policy, Global Health, or related fields is required, along with at least five years of experience in policy or advocacy roles in the public health/NGO or eye care sector.
